Due to changes in the DON policy, the Former Crew Member's page has been placed behind a password system.

For a new listing please fill in the information about which crew, years served, Rate/Rank, Division you served onboard and check the Yes box for " New Listing and Password needed". 

If you are on the Former Crew List and would like to request a User ID and Password please fill in the information: crew, years served, Rate/Rank, Division you served onboard, and check the Yes box for "On the Former Crew List and need a Password".

Your User ID and Password will be emailed to you after your information is added or verified for the Former Crew Member's page.
